When I have Chocolate Cravings I have discovered that I can eat unsweetened carob covered almonds or chips and they fulfill my chocolate urge most of the time. I think it is a great food alternative without the caffeine or sugar for your health. They can be bought at Whole Foods. Let me know how you like them? YUM!
