Tuesday’s Advanced Eating Tips

I find that sometimes I just need a CRUNCH!  So the upgrade I do for my health is buy baked chips. For me once again this is a health choice not a weight one and my body feels better with the less fat. It’s also better for my cholesterol. What do you do to satisfy that urge for CRUNCH?
